摘　　要：介绍郑州轻工业学院创新人才实验班教育改革,在组建大学生创新实践基地的基础上,研究了创新人才实验班的培养模式,制定了个性化的培养方案,同时探讨了实验班和创新实践基地的管理模式,通过采用学生为主、教师为辅的管理方式,以培养学生的创新意识和创新实践能力。实践结果表明,创新人才实验班是一种行之有效的人才培养模式。The education reform on the experimental class of innovative talents in Zhengzhou University of Light Industry is introduced. Based on the establishment of the innovative practical bases for university students,the training mode for the experimental class of innovative talents is studied,the individualized training program is formulated, and the management mode for the experimental class and the innovative practical base is also discussed. By adopting the management style of＂Students as main position and teachers as secondary position,＂ the students ＇ innovative awareness and innovative practical ability are cultivated.The practical results show that the experimental class of innovative talents is an effective mode of talent training.
