摘  要:设计了综合研究性基础化学实验——对甲醇具有快速变色传感响应的Co(II)-框架材料(Co-MOF)的制备及表征。制备、观察实验现象并进行理论解释过程中,强化学生基础知识的学习,了解金属有机框架这一科研前沿领域,培养并激发学生的科研兴趣及热情。该综合实验兼具无机制备与仪器分析部分,现象清晰、易于观察,理论与实验现象关联密切,可作为化学类本科生综合研究性实验开设。A comprehensive research basic chemical experiment,i. e.,the preparation and characterization of the methanol of the Co( II)-framework materials( Co-MOF) with the rapid discoloration sensing response is designed.During the process of the preparation,observation and theoretical explanation of the experimental phenomena,the students can strengthen their learning of basic knowledge and their understanding of metal organic framework of the research frontiers,which can cultivate and stimulate their enthusiasm and interest in scientific research. This comprehensive experiment has both inorganic preparation and instrumental analysis,the phenomena are clear and easy to observe,and the theory is closely related to the experimental phenomena,which can be used as a comprehensive research experiment for undergraduates majoring in chemistry.
