运城葡萄产业现状的调查与分析

摘　　要：通过对运城主要的葡萄种植产区进行了实地调研,发现万荣县葡萄大规模种植区主要集中在南陈村;永济市主要集中在卿头镇的千户营、永喜庄、万家庄、关家庄;河津市主要集中在夏村和刘村;夏县主要在三贤庄、格瑞特酒庄;稷山县主要在荆平村;盐湖区主要在石碑庄和王范乡。通过调查了解葡萄种植区的品种、种植面积、销售价格、收益、合作社等相关的情况外,发现永济市和格瑞特酒庄在葡萄产业方面发展做的相对较好,无论是在新产品的引进方面还是在养护管理的措施都相对比较完善,值得学习和借鉴。此外还发现运城市葡萄产业在发展过程中存在着的一些问题:政府对葡萄产业的发展缺乏宏观的调控,相关的扶持政策缺乏;果农的质量意识不强,品牌意识淡薄,葡萄种植区的品种结构不合理、市场化程度低。Through the investigation of the main grape growing areas of Yuncheng city, the main concentration of grape plantation in Wanrong county is mainly concentrated in Nanchen village. The city of Yongji is concentrated in the Qianhu ying, Yongxi, Wanjia and Guanjia village of Qingtou town. The main concentration of the Hejin city is xia village and liu village. Xia county is mainly in Sanxian village and Great Chateau. The county of Jishan is located mainly in Jingping village. The Yanhu district is mainly in Shibei and Wangfan village. In the field investigation, the variety, planting area, price, income and cooperatives of the grape growing area were obtained. The results showed that the grape industry development in Yongji city and Great Chateau is relatively good, the introduction of new variety and maintenance management measures are also relatively perfect. At the same time, there are some problems in the process of development in Yuncheng grape industry, such as the government was lack of macro regulation on the development of grape industry and did not establish relevant supporting policies. The quality consciousness of the fruit farmer is not strong, the brand consciousness is weak, the variety structure of grape growing area is unreasonable and the market degree is low.
