探究四种体位固定技术在胸腹部肿瘤放射治疗中的摆位误差及应用价值

摘　　要：目的:比较研究体表画线、体表纹身、热塑体膜及真空垫4种体位固定技术在胸腹部肿瘤放射治疗中的摆位误差并探讨其应用价值。方法:选择胸腹部放疗患者120例进行临床研究,将其分为四组,每组30例,分别在放疗过程中给予相应体位固定技术,观察两射野中心点在左右、头足以及前后3个方向上的重复摆位误差距离。结果:体表纹身组、热塑体膜组、真空垫组的左右方向、头足方向以及前后方向的摆位误差均明显低于体表画线组,热塑体膜组各不同方向的摆位误差均低于体表纹身组和真空垫组。结论:在胸腹部肿瘤放疗过程中,热塑体膜体位固定技术能够明显减少摆位误差,具有更好的应用价值。Objective To compare the setting errors of 4 body position fixation techniques,such as body surface painting line,surface tattoo,thermoplastic film and vacuum pad,in the treatment of thoracic and abdominal tumor,and to explore their practical value. Method 120 cases of patients with abdominal radiotherapy for clinical research,it can be divided into 4 groups,30 cases in each group,to give the corresponding fixation technology in the course of radiotherapy,observation error distance pendulum two beam center around the head and foot,and before and after the 3 directions. Results The body tattoo group,thermoplastic film group,vacuum pad group about the direction,and the direction of the head foot direction before and after the setup errors were significantly lower than the surface painting line,the positioning error of thermoplastic body film groups in different directions were lower than the body tattoo group and vacuum pad group. Conclusion In the process of thoracic and abdominal tumor radiotherapy,the thermoplastic film body fixation technique can obviously reduce the setup error and has better application value.
