摘 要:目的:探讨早发冠心病患者脂蛋白脂酶(LPL)基因多态性、酶活性及其与血脂的关系。方法:测定128例早发冠心病患者(病例组)血脂参数及肝素后LPL活性,应用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多肽性方法,分析LPL的P基因型(PVUⅡ酶切)及其等位基因频率分布,并与116例非冠心病者(对照组)进行比较。结果:病例组P+P+基因型及P+等位基因频率高于对照组;病例组LPL活性低于对照组,并且P+P+基因型组<P+P-组<P-P-组;P+P+基因型组TG高于P-P-组,HDL-C低于P-P-组(P均<0.05)。病例组血清TC、LDL-C水平较对照组升高(P<0.05),不同P基因型组TC没有差异(P>0.05)。结论:早发冠心病患者P+P+基因型及P+等位基因频率增高,并通过LPL活性的变化影响TG、HDL-C水平。Objective:To explore the gene polymorphism and activity of lipoprotein lipase and its relation to serum lipids in patients with premature coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods:One hundred and twenty eight patients with premature CHD (group A) and 116 persons without CHD (group B) were enrolled for this study. By using the method of polymerse chain reaction restriction fragment length polymorphism to analyze distribution of frequency in P genotypes and P+ alleles of the LPL gene,the results were compared between the two groups.Results:There were higher frequencies of P+P+ genotype and P+ alleles in group A than that in group B.Compared with the individuals of the P-P- genotype, patients with the P+P+ genotype had low LPL activity and levels of HDL C,but the levels of TG were promoted(P< 0.05). Conclusion:There were high frequencies of P+P+ genotype and P+ alleles and low LPL activity in patients with premature CHD. P+P+ genotype may affect plasm TG and HDL C through alteration of serum LPL activities.
