摘 要:目的探讨晚期非小细胞肺癌患者细胞学样本用于VEGF检测的临床价值。方法收集具有组织学对照的细胞学样本62例,采用Eli Vision法检测VEGF蛋白表达情况,分析比较细胞块与组织块的VEGF表达情况。结果组织块VEGF免疫组化阳性结果共24例,阳性率38.71%;细胞块VEGF免疫组化阳性结果共22例,阳性率35.48%;两组比较,差异不具有统计学意义(P=0.168>0.05)。结论胸水细胞块可代替组织学方法对晚期非小细胞肺癌进行VEGF筛查。ObjectiVe To investigate the clinical value of cytology samples for VEGF detection in advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Methods 62 samples of cytology with histological control were collected and the expression of VEGF protein was detected by EliVision. The expression of VEGF in cell block and tissue block was analyzed and compared. Results The positive results of VEGF immunohistochemical staining were 24 cases, the positive rate was 38.71%, the number of cell blocks was VEGF, and the positive results of immunohistochemistry were 22 cases, the positive rate was 35.48%. The difference between the two groups was not statistically significant (P=-0.168〉0.05). Conclusion Pleural effusion blocks can be used for VEGF screening of advanced non-small cell lung cancer instead of histology.
