摘 要:目的探究分析超声介入在肝脓肿中的临床应用价值。方法选取2015年3月—2016年1月我院收治的肝脓肿患者60例作为研究对象。采用计算机分组法,将其分为两组。对照组给予患者常规手术治疗,观察组患者则接受超声介入治疗,对比两组患者的手术成效指标以及并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者的白细胞恢复时间、拔管时间以及体温恢复时间分别为(2.62±0.85)d、(10.27±1.36)d、(3.07±0.62)d,均短于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(t值为13.22、3.41、8.85,P均<0.05);观察组的住院时间为(11.59±1.43)d,并发症发生概率为6.67%,均低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(t值为12.00,χ~2值为5.45,P均<0.05)。结论超声介入应用于肝脓肿中的效果显著。Objective To explore the clinical application value of ultrasound intervention in liver abscess. Methods 60 patients with liver abscess admitted in our hospital from March 2015 to January 2016 were selected as the subjects. Computer grouping was used to divide them into two groups, the patients in the control group was given routine surgical treatment, the patients in the observation group received interventional ultrasound treatment. The operation results, indexes and complications of the two groups were compared. Results The observation group of patients with white blood cell recovery time, extubation time and recovery time were (2.62±0.85) d, 00,27±1.36) d, (3.07±0.62) d, which were shorter than the control group, the differences were statistically significant (t=13.22, 3.41, 8.85, P〈0.05). The hospitalization time of the observation group was (11.59±1.43) d, and the complication rate was 6.67%, which were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (t=-12.00, x^2=5.45, P〈0.05). Conclusion Ultrasound intervention is effective in liver abscess.
