摘　　要：目的分析40例胸壁肿瘤的临床资料、外科手术治疗的方法及效果。方法选取2010年1月1日—2017年6月30日我院收治的胸壁肿瘤患者40例作为研究对象。实施手术切除肿瘤及术后应用钛合金网修复重建的20例患者为常规组,实施手术切除肿瘤及术后应用涤纶网修复重建的20例患者为观察组。观察两组患者术后白细胞、C反应蛋白、血氧饱和度恢复时间、并发症及复发情况。结果观察组患者术后白细胞水平、C反应蛋白及血氧饱和度恢复时间分别为(10.61±1.03)×10~9/L、(26.09±4.38)mg/dl和(3.27±1.12)d,并发症发生率和复发率分别为10%、15%,均低于常规组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手术切除胸壁肿瘤术后应用涤纶网对患者缺损的胸壁进行修复和重建,有助于患者术后的恢复,减少了并发症及复发,是一种安全、有效的治疗方案。Objective To analyze the clinical data of 40 cases of patients with chest wall tumor, the method and effect of surgical treatment. Methods 40 cases of chest wall tumors treated in our hospital from January 1, 2010 to June 30, 2017 were selected as the subjects. 20 patients who underwent surgical resection of the tumor and the reconstruction of the titanium alloy mesh were treated as the routine group, 20 patients who underwent surgical resection of the tumor and were treated with dacron mesh repair were treated as observation group. The WBC, C reactive protein, blood oxygen saturation, recovery time, complications and recurrence of the two groups were observed. Results The recovery time of white blood cells, Creactive protein and oxygen saturation were observed in the observation group （10.61±1.03）×10^9/L, （26.09 ± 4.38） mg/dl and （3.27±1.12） d, the incidence of complications and recurrence rates were 10% and 15% respectively, which were significantly lower than those in the conventional group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Surgical resection of thoracic wall tumor can be used to repair and reconstruct the chest wall of patients with defect. It is helpful to restore the patients＇ postoperative complications and reduce the complication and recurrence. It is a safe and effective treatment scheme.
