摘  要:目的探讨内镜下高频电切电凝治疗胃黏膜脱垂症的有效性和安全性。方法选取本院从2016年9月—2017年3月收治的胃黏膜脱垂患者34例作为研究对象。按照严重程度分为轻、中、重三级。患者常规进行无痛胃镜检查前准备,插入胃镜,经胃镜活检孔插入注射针,沿病变部位周围进行多点黏膜下注射,采用圈套器圈套病变后进行完整电切。结果 34例患者进行内镜下治疗,30例均达到满意效果,其中,包括7例轻度胃窦黏膜脱垂,13例中度胃窦黏膜脱垂,10例重度黏膜脱垂,所有患者的治疗总有效率为88.24%。34例患者术后无出血、穿孔。结论内镜下高频电切电凝治疗胃黏膜脱垂症简便、有效、安全。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of endoscopic high-frequency electrocoagulation in the treatment of prolapse of gastric mucosa. Methods A total of 34 patients with gastric mucosal prolapse from September 2016 to March 2017 were selected as the study objects, and the severity was divided into three grades: light, middle and heavy. Patients underwent painless gastroseopy before insertion, endoscopy, endoscopic biopsy needle is inserted through holes, along the lesion site around multiple submucosal injection, using snare trap lesions after complete resection, Results 34 patients were treated by endoscopic treatment, 30cases achieved satisfactory results, including 7 cases of mild gastric mucosa prolapse, 13 cases of moderate gastric mucosa prolapse, 10 cases of severe prolapse, the effective rate was 88.24%, 34 cases of patients without postoperative bleeding, perforation. Conclusion Endoscopic high frequency electrocoagulation is an effective, safe and safe method for the treatment of prolapse of gastric mucosa.
