内镜下套扎治疗食道静脉曲张出血疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨内镜下套扎治疗食道静脉曲张出血疗效。方法选取我院2015年1月—2016年5月收治的食道静脉曲张出血患者110例作为研究对象。依据数字表法,将其分为两组,每组各有55例。对照组采用常规止血和抗炎药物治疗,内镜套扎组在对照组基础上,给予内镜下套扎治疗。比较两组食道静脉曲张出血治疗总有效率;食道静脉曲张出血止血时间、平均住院时间;食管溃疡等并发症发生率。结果内镜套扎组食道静脉曲张出血治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);内镜套扎组食道静脉曲张出血止血时间、平均住院时间短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);内镜套扎组食管溃疡等并发症发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论内镜下套扎治疗食道静脉曲张出血疗效确切,可缩短止血时间和住院时间,减少并发症发生。Objective To explore the. effect of endoscopic ligation in the treatment of esophageal variceal bleeding. Methods 110 patients with esophageal varices bleeding treated in our hospital from January 2015 to May 2016 were selected as the research objects. According to the digital table method, they were divided into two groups, 55 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine hemostasis and anti- inflammatory drugs, endoscopic ligation group was given endoscopic ligation treatment on the basis of the control group. The total effective rate of esophageal varices bleeding was compared between the two groups; Bleeding time and average length of stay of esophageal varices bleeding; The incidence of complications such as esophageal ulcer. Results The total effective rate of esophageal variceal bleeding in the endoscopic ligation group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）; The bleeding time and average length of stay of esophageal variceal bleeding in endoscopic ligation group were shorter than those in control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）; The incidence of complications such as esophageal ulcer in endoscopic ligation group was lower than that in control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Endoscopic ligation is effective in the treatment of esophageal variceal bleeding, which can shorten the time of stopping the bleeding and the time of hospitalization and reduce the occurrence of complications.
