摘　　要：本文针对高职学生的学习现状,调查了学生学习兴趣不高的原因。结合高职学生的特点,探索从专业认识、确定目标、优化课程设置、完善校园文化等方面培养并提高学生的学习积极性,对提高高职院校人才培养质量具有一定的借鉴意义。This paper investigates the reasons for students＇ low interest in learning according to vocational college students＇ learning situation. Combining with the characteristics of higher vocational students, this paper explores how to cultivate and improve the students＇ learning enthusiasm from the aspects of professional understanding, goals setting, curriculum optimization and improving the campus culture. It has referential significance to improve the quality of talents cultivation at higher vocational colleges.
