摘　　要：目的分析B类I型清道夫受体(SR-BI)的表达与结肠癌患者各临床病理变量之间的关系,并探讨SR-BI的表达状态与患者的预后关系,以期寻找新的结肠癌预后指标和潜在的治疗靶点。方法采用免疫组织化学染色方法对购自上海芯超生物科技有限公司的含90例结肠癌组织和相对应的癌旁组织的芯片进行SR-BI表达的检测,并分析其与结肠癌的发生发展、临床病理特征及患者预后的关系。结果 SR-BI在78.9%的结肠癌组织比相对应的癌旁组织表达高(P<0.001),SR-BI的表达水平与临床病理特征无关。在结肠癌组织中,SR-BI低表达的患者比SR-BI高表达的患者总体生存率(OS)缩短(P=0.042)。Cox回归多因素分析提示SR-BI的高表达是影响预后的独立有利因素(P=0.039)。结论 SR-BI表达水平越低,结肠癌患者预后越差。结肠癌组织中SR-BI的表达水平是结肠癌患者的独立预后因素。Objective To explore the association betw een the expression of scavenger receptor class B type I（ SR-BI）and the clinicopathological variables,and to determine w hether SR-BI expression w as an independent prognostic factor and a potential therapeutic target for colon cancer. Methods A w ell-documented tissue microarray of 90 patients w ith colon cancer w as purchased from Shanghai Outdo Biotech Co.,Ltd. The SR-BI expression in the cancer tissues and para-cancerous tissues w ere detected w ith immunohistochemical method. The association betw een SR-BI expression and the clinicopathological variables,and patients outcome was analyzed. Results In 78. 9% of the cases,SR-BI expression w as higher in the cancer tissues than in the adjacent non-tumor tissues（ P〈0. 001）. The expression of SR-BI in colon cancer tissues had no significant statistical association w ith the clinicopathological variables. Patients w ith low SRBI expression in colon cancer tissues had a shorter overall survival（ OS） than those w ith high SR-BI expression（ P =0. 042）. The multivariate analysis confirmed that high SR-BI expression w as an independent favorable prognostic factor for OS（ P = 0. 039）. Conclusion Low SR-BI expression is associated w ith unfavorable prognosis of colon cancer.SR-BI is an independent prognostic factor of colon cancer.
