摘　　要：文章阐述了"十二五"以来河南及周边省份基层农技推广体系建设取得的主要成效和积累的有益经验,分析了存在的主要问题,并从落实现有政策、创新工作机制、发挥农业科研机构优势和转变农技服务方式等方面提出了加强基层农技推广体系建设的建议。Main achievements and useful experience on the construction of agricultural technology extension system at basic level in Henan and nearby provinces during the ＂12th Five-Year＂ were elaborated in the paper. Main existing problems were analyzed. Suggestions to strengthen the construction of agricultural technology extension system at basic level were put forward, such as implementing of current policies, innovating work mechanism, taking the advantages of scientific research units, and changing agricultural technical service mode.
