摘　　要：建立我国的食品安全标准体系是保障我国人民身体健康的重要措施,本文介绍了2016版我国食品安全国家标准《食品中农药最大残留限量》(GB 2763)制定最新进展,并对标准制定情况进行了简要分析。新版食品安全国家标准中共包括4 140项农药残留最大限量。The national food safety standard system is very important to public health in China.This article introduces the national food safety standard on maximum residue limits（MRLs）in China in2016 and gives a brief analysis.The new version of national food safety standard is covering 4 140 MRLs.
