摘 要:采用偶联剂处理玄武岩纤维(BF),然后用丙烯酸二次接枝的方法改善玄武岩纤维增强胶合板的胶合性能,研究了丙烯酸溶液浓度、处理时间和处理温度对BF/杨木胶合板胶合性能的影响。结果表明:玄武岩纤维经丙烯酸溶液处理后,BF/杨木胶合板的胶合性能得到明显改善。通过正交试验优化得出的处理条件为:丙烯酸溶液浓度0.3 mol/L、处理时间2 h、处理温度30℃;在此优化条件下,BF/杨木胶合板的性能达到干态胶合强度2.71MPa、湿态胶合强度1.68 MPa,较未经丙烯酸溶液处理的对照组分别提高了57.6%、54.1%,且煮沸剥离率由15%下降为0。The basalt fiber was treated by coupling agent, and then the two fiber grafting method was used to improve the bonding property of basalt fiber reinforced plywood. The experiment was conducted to study the effects of the concentration of acryhc acid solution, treatment time and treatment temperature on the bonding properties of basalt fiber reinforced plywood. The bonding property of basalt fiber reinforced plywood was improved obviously after the basalt fiber was treated with acrylic acid solution. By orthogonal experiment, the optimized conditions were: the content of acrylic acid solution was 0.3 mol/L, the treatment time was 2 h, and the treatment temperature was 30 ℃. Under the optimum conditions, the performance of basalt fiber reinforced plywood: dry bonding strength of 2.71 MPa, and wet bonding strength of 1.68 MPa, compared with the untreated control group solution of acrylic acid were increased by 57.6% and 54.1%, respectively, and the boiling stripping rate was decreased from 15% to 0.
