降低企业生产成本的问题与对策——以连云港市制药企业为例

摘　　要：从连云港市制药企业视角,阐述了全市医药产业发展的现状,并从企业成本构成要素入手,分析了连云港市制药企业生产成本存在的问题,指出企业在用工成本、用地成本、物流成本、能源成本、环境治理成本、融资成本、新产品研发成本、制度性交易成本、营销成本、原辅材料成本上涨以及成本管理等多个方面存在问题,在此基础上有针对性地提出相应的对策建议。From the perspective of pharmaceutical enterprises in Lianyungang city, this paper expounds the present situation of the pharmaceutical industry development in the city. From the perspective of the enterprise cost components, it analyzes the problems of Lianyungang pharmaceutical enterprises＇ production costs, and points out that there are various problems in the cost of labor, land costs, logistics costs, energy costs, environmental management costs, financing costs, new product research and development costs, institutional transaction costs, marketing costs, rising cost of raw and auxiliary materials and cost management ,etc. On this basis, it puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
