摘　　要：为了解国内市场上原料及饲料中霉菌毒素污染情况,本研究从市场上共收集160份样品,前处理后按照酶联免疫法测定黄曲霉毒素B1(AFB1)、玉米赤霉烯酮(ZEN)和呕吐毒素(DON)含量。结果表明:呕吐毒素污染较严重,黄曲霉毒素超标率呈下降趋势,玉米赤霉烯酮和呕吐毒素的超标率呈上升趋势。In order to understand the toxin content and its pollution situation in the raw materials and feed in the domestic market,a total of 160 samples were collected from the market,the aflatoxin B1,zearalenone and vomitoxin content were determined according to the method of Elisa.The results showed that the vomitoxin contamination in raw material and feed in China was more serious,the range of the vomitoxin and zearalenone pollution was increased,the pollution of ariatoxin Bt was decreased.
