摘　　要：采用专家访谈法、实地调研法等研究方法,对社会治理背景下江苏省全民健身志愿服务的发展特点、趋势及运行机制进行了研究。研究得出:江苏省全民健身志愿服务的发展呈现出服务对象不断扩展、服务形式不断创新、服务内容不断增加的特点;表现出全民健身志愿服务项目化、志愿服务岗位化、志愿服务专业化的发展趋势。江苏省全民健身志愿服务的运行机制包括:目标机制、组织机制、管理机制、规范招募机制、激励机制、信息传输—反馈机制、经费保障机制、评价机制等。With the research methods of expert interview and field investigation,the paper researches the development,trend and operation mechanism of the volunteer service of public sport in Jiangsu province.The development of volunteer service of public sport in Jiangsu province is featured with more service receivers,creative service ways and more service content.There will be items of volunteer service of public sport,fixed working position for the volunteers and professional conduct of volunteer service.The operation mechanism of volunteer service of public sport in Jiangsu province includes goal mechanism,organization mechanism,management mechanism,enrollment regulation mechanism,stimulating mechanism,information input-feedback mechanism,fund guarantee mechanism and assessment mechanism.
