摘　　要：当前,大学生网络受骗是社会与校园较为关注的热点问题。大学生网络诈骗的成因主要表现在学生防范及维权意识淡薄、"供需"消费不平衡、网络法规尚不完善。发展趋势升级化,技术形式科技化,诈骗形式现代化是大学生网络诈骗机制形成的突出特点。功利教育形成的后天硬伤、利益驱动诱发的诈骗陷阱,以及理性缺失导致的免疫低下是大学生网络受骗频繁发生的深层次原因。建立网络安全防范与思想政治工作相结合的长效机制、构建基于动态时效安全模式的校园网络预警监管机制、推行高校网络安全教育合力机制、发挥大数据环境下网络舆情引领作用机制是基于网络安全视角的大学生网络诈骗防范的有效途径。College students＇ being deceived online has become a heated concern of the society and the universities. The reasons for cyber frauds at universities and colleges mainly lie in students＇ weak awareness of legal rights protection, the consumption imbalance between supply and demand, and incomplete cyber laws and regulations. Cyber fraud at universities and colleges has the following distinctive features： the fraud tendency being upgraded; the fraud methods being scientific and technological and the fraud forms being modernized. U- tilitarian education, benefits-driven deceptive traps and students＇ lacking in abilities of guarding against the on- line frauds are all contributing to the college students＇ frequently being deceived online. Base on cyber securi- ty, effective measures can be taken to prevent college students from cyber frauds ： （ 1 ） establishing a long-term mechanism by collaborating cyber security prevention and ideological education; （2） building a dynamic cyber pre-warning and supervision system on campus; （3） implementing a cooperative cyber security education mechanism between universities and colleges ;. and （4） developing the network consensus monitor to full play with the help of big data.
