摘  要:逐点比较直线插补法算法在数控系统中被广泛应用,但传统逐点比较法插补算法误差较大、进给速度不高、脉冲分配不均匀,本文基于脉冲四边形提出了逐点比较直线插补新算法,该算法比传统算法插补精度提高了50%,插补速度提高了38.89%,脉冲分配也更加均匀.Point by point comparison method of straight lines is widely used in CNC, but the traditional point by point comparison method exists some weaknesses such as high interpolation error, low feed speed, uneven pulse distribution.For above problems, an new point by point comparison method of straight lines is given. Based on pulse quadrilateral, compared with the traditional point by point comparison method of line interpolation, the interpolation accuracy is increased by 50%, the feed speed is increased by 38.89%. In addition, the pulse distribution is also more uniform.
