摘  要:通过对吉林省24所农村校办园的调查研究发现,在农村校办幼儿园发展的过程中,存在以下主要问题:师资质量差、管理自主权缺乏、标准化建设不达标。为了促进农村校办园的健康发展,最大限度发挥其正向功能,农村校办园需要明确园长与校长的责权关系,加强自主管理;多渠道拓展师资来源,提升教师质量;注重资源优化统筹,加强标准化建设。The investigation of the 24 rural school--operated kindergartens in Jilin Province shows that problems are in the development of the school- operated kindergarten: the poor quality of the teachers, the lack of management autonomy, the failure of meet the requirement of standardized constructiorL In order to promote the healthy development of the rural school-- operated kindergarten and to maximize its positive function, efforts should be made to clarify the responsibility and authority relations between the principal and the headmaster, strengthen the independent management, explore more channels to expand the sources of teachers, improve the quality of teachers, pay attention to resource optimization, and strengthen the standardized construction.
