小牛脾提取物注射液配合化疗对晚期乳腺癌患者细胞亚群及VEGF、FGF的影响

摘　　要：目的分析小牛脾提取物注射液配合化疗对晚期乳腺癌患者细胞亚群及VEGF、FGF的影响,为临床应用提供依据。方法将60例2012年1月至2014年6月间我院收治的晚期乳腺癌患者随机分为观察组及对照组;对照组单纯采用多西他赛联合卡培他滨进行治疗,观察组在对照组基础上使用小牛脾提取物注射液进行治疗;对患者的临床疗效、细胞亚群及血清VEGF、FGF水平进行评估与检查。结果两组患者近期疗效差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),且观察组患者无进展生存期明显优于对照组,且差异存统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+及NK细胞均显著改善(P<0.05),治疗后观察组患者CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+及NK细胞水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05);经治疗后两组患者VEGFA、VEGFB、VEGFC及FGF水平均显著改善(P<0.05),且观察组患者各指标改善水平明显优于对照组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用小牛脾提取物注射液配合化疗可有效提高晚期乳腺癌患者无进展生存期,改善患者外周血细胞亚群及VEGF、FGF水平,具有较高临床应用价值。ObjectiveTo analyze the effect of injectingextractive from calf spleen combined with chemotherapy on cell subsets and VEGF, FGF in patients with advanced breast cancer. Methods 60 cases with advanced breast cancer from January 2012 to June 2014 in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group was treated with docetaxel combined with capecitabine, and the observation group were treated with injectingextractive from calf spleen in addition of treatment in the control group.The evaluation of clinical efficacy, the cell subpopulation and serum the level of FGF, VEGF were analyzed. Results There was no significant difference on curative effect between two groups （P〉0.05）.Progression free survival in the observation group was significantly better than that in control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.There were significantly improvements ofCD4＋, CD4＋／CD8＋ and NK cells after treatment in both groups （P〈0.05）. And the levels of CD4＋, CD4＋／CD8＋ and NK cells, in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group （P〈0.05）; The levels of VEGFA, VEGFB, VEGFC and FGF were significantly improvedin both groups （P〈0.05）.The improvement ofeach index in observation group was significantly better than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusions The combination of injectingextractive from calf spleen and chemotherapy can effectively improve the progression in free survival of patients with advanced breast cancer, improve the peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets and VEGF, FGF levels, and has high clinical application value.
