摘  要:Rho家族在细胞的一些基本功能中起着分子开关的作用,参与了细胞运动与迁移、肌动蛋白重组、肿瘤的演进、侵袭转移、血管的生成。Ras相关的C3肉毒素底物(Rac1)是Rho家族成员之一。现有一些文献报道在胃癌、前列腺癌、结肠癌、乳腺癌、肺癌、睾丸细胞癌和胰腺癌等有Rac1表达的异常增高[1-2]。但由于Rac参与的信号途径的种类繁多,其完整的分子调控机制尚不明确。Rho family play an important role of a molecular switch in some basic function of cell,it participated in the movement and migration,actin reorganization,the evolution of the tumor,invasion and metastasis,the formation of blood vessels. The Ras associated C3 botox substrate( rac1) is one of the Rho family members. There have been reports of abnormal increasing in gastric cancer,prostate cancer,colon cancer,breast cancer,lung cancer,testicular cell carcinoma,and pancreatic cancer. Since Rac1 contains a variety of ion channels,its complete mechanism is still unclear.
