摘　　要：产学合作育人要将学校和用人企业紧密结合,充分发挥各自优势,双方共同制订人才培养方案和模式,共同实施和监督教学过程,培养企业需要的人才。本文以我校校企班为例,探讨了产学合作育人机制下人才培养模式、师资和共享资源建设,推动协同育人模式的深入发展。Cooperative education must be closely integrated with the schools and the enterprises,give full play to their respective advantages,the two sides jointly develop personnel training programs and the common mode, implementation and supervision of the teaching process,develop enterprise need talent. The dissertation takes the enterprise class as an example,discusses the theory of talent training mode of cooperative education mechanism teachers, and sharing resources,and promote the further development of cooperative education mode.
