摘　　要：高等学校实验室作为学校教学和科研的重要基地,在培养高素质人才、研究高水平科研成果、提供优质科研服务等方面发挥重要的作用。为了探索实验教学改革新机制和人才培养新模式,推进实验室管理体制改革,提升教学实验室水平,我校食品科学与工程学院整合资源建立了实验教学中心。实验教学中心通过改革实验室管理体系和实验内容、加强实验室安全管理等措施,提高学生的实践能力和创新能力,促进实践教学改革,达到培养高素质创新人才的目标。As an important base of teaching and scientific research in colleges,the laboratory plays an important role in cultivating high-quality talent,getting high level scientific research achievements and providing high-quality scientific research service. In order to explore the reform of experimental teaching and the new model of talent training,promote the reform of laboratory management system,improve the level and level of teaching laboratory,we established the experimental teaching center after integrated all resources in food science and engineering college. The experimental teaching center can improve the students＇ practical ability and innovation ability by reforming the laboratory management system and experimental content,strengthen the laboratory safety management, and promote the practice teaching reform,and achieve the goal of cultivating high-quality and innovative talents.
