摘　　要：经过世界各国高校的研究与实践,成果导向教育(OBE)被证明为培养工科人才的有效策略。在对工程领导力概念的演化及能力要素划分进行分析的基础上,本文以"工程创新设计方法学"课程为案例,分析了应用OBE理念进行工程人才领导力开发的课程设计和实施步骤。通过对课程的实施成效进行初步分析,可以看出:OBE是一种比传统授课模式更有效的教学模式,可以使学生获得较高的自我满意度、专业认同感,提升其就业预期。Outcome-based education has been proved an effective learning strategy for engineering talent cultivation worldwide.Based on the analysis the-evolution and construction of engineering leadership concept,this paper analyzes the curriculum design and implementation steps of the application of OBE concept for the development of engineering talent leadership by taking the curriculum of＂ the Methodology of Engineering and Innovation Design＂ as case study. According tO the investigation and analysis,the OBE is proved to be a feasible strategy for facilitating students＇ Self-satisfaction,professional identity and employment expectations.
