应用型本科高校招生计划制订的优化研究

摘　　要：地方高校向应用型转型的核心在于实现产教融合,提升应用型人才培养的能力,而招生计划对学校资源配置具有重要的导向作用。应用型本科高校的招生计划要与教育资源配置、生源情况及社会人才需求相匹配。据此原则,文章建立了8个一级指标,19个二级指标的优化指标体系,并提出在最小教学单位和最大专业容量范围内调整班级数量,科学确定专业计划分配的优化方案,进而从源头保障了高校专业结构规模与地方产业的对接,化解人才需求与供给的结构性矛盾。Enrollment plan plays a guiding role of the school resource allocation. The enrollment plan of application-oriented universityto match the allocation of educational resources,students and social demand. According to this principle is established in this paper. 8 one level index,optimization index system of 19 level two indexes.This paper proposes adjusting the number of classes in the minimum and maximum professional teaching unit capacity range, and then determine the optimal scheme of professional plan distribution.
