摘　　要：编辑和作者关系和谐融洽是出版工作顺利完成的基本保证。以高校学报的编辑出版工作为例,在建构编辑和作者和谐关系的过程中,应遵循相互尊重、平等对待、相互促进三个原则。A harmonious relationship between the editors and authors is the basic guarantee of the successful completion for the publication work.Taking colleges and universities journal(social sciences edition)as an example,We should follow three principles:the mutual respect,equal treatment and mutual promotion In the process of constructing harmonious relationship between editors and authors.
