“一带一路”背景下创新涉外人才培养模式研究

摘　　要："一带一路"建设构想及倡议,为高校涉外人才培养模式的创新提供了契机,涉外人才的发展前景面临新的机遇与挑战。为适应和满足"一带一路"建设背景下对涉外人才的需求,原有的涉外人才培养模式需要创新和发展,实施国际化合作培养模式,调整涉外人才培养战略,加强对涉外人才创新能力和通识能力的培养,构建"双主体"共建涉外人才培养平台。Strategic conception and advocation of the Belt and Road construction provides colleges and u-niversities with opportunities for innovation of foreign affairs talents training models. The innovative foreign affairs talents development prospect is confronted with both opportunities and challenges. To get adjusted to the need for foreign affairs talents under the background of the Belt and Road, efforts need to be made to innovate and develop the previous foreign affairs talents training models, implement international cooperation training models, adjust foreign affairs talents training strategies, strengthen training of foreign affairs talents＇ innovative ability and general ability, and construct double subjects＇ joint efferts on construction of foreign affairs talents training platform.
