摘　　要：随着网络的发展与进步,大学生休闲的方式愈加丰富,网络文化的盛行使大学生的价值观念发生了很大的变化。如何指导大学生充分合理地利用闲暇时间,是大学生闲暇教育过程中一个亟待解决的现实问题。该文将大学生思想政治教育与优秀传统文化相结合,重拾儒道佛三家的闲暇文化精髓,从理论与实践的角度提出大学生闲暇教育的对策。Along with the development and progress of the network,the leisure means of students are more and more. The popularity of network greatly changes the value of students. The problem of how to guide students to use leisure time rationally needs to be solved immediately. In the paper,Combining the ideological and political education with the excellent traditional culture,and regaining the cultural essence of Confucianism,Daoism and Buddhism are suggested as the measures for college student leisure education.
