摘　　要：新型药物的研发需要高素质的人才参与,药理学作为"四大药学"之一,是药学学科的龙头课程。以八年制本硕博班药理学实验课程为例,以传统实验教学为基础,辅之创新教学方案,将传统的综合性实验转变成与新药研发相结合的药效及机制的研究型实验,使学生在以后的就业或科研中更具竞争力。New drug research and development need high quality talents to participate. Pharmacology,one of the ＂four parts of pharmaceutical Sciences ＂,is a leading course. The pharmacological experimental course for the eight-year program students is an example to show how the traditional comprehensive experiments are used as foundation and innovative teaching plan as assistant to change the traditional experiments into effective experiments combined with new drug research and development and thus enable students to be competitive in the future employment or scientific researches.
