摘  要:目的 研究诱导分化剂苯乙酸(PA)对胶质瘤C6细胞形态学及超微结构的影响。方法 C6胶质瘤细胞株体外培养和传代;台盼蓝染色细胞活性判断;细胞形态学光镜观察;醋酸双氧铀电子染色,电子显微镜下观察超微结构变化。结果 应用PA后,C6细胞形态发生了显著变化,细胞核质比:对照组为1.62士 0.58,PA2.5mmol/L实验组为0.79土0.17,二者比较差异显著。C6细胞核形变规整,由畸形核变为类圆形。胞浆中代表细胞分化程度的粗面内质网大量增生。结论 苯乙酸可在细胞水平及亚细胞水平使胶质瘤C6细胞分化程度提高,具有可靠的诱导分化作用。”Objective The purpose of the study is to observe the morphologic changes of C6 cells treated by phenylacetate (PA). Methods The morphologic changes of cells were observed with optical microscopy. After u-ranyl acetate staining, the change of ultrastructure of C6 cells before and after PA treatment was observed under transmission electron microscopy. Results After PA treatment, the nuclear shape of C6 cell changed into regular and round-like one from aberrant nucli. In cytoplasm, there was significant proliferation of endoplasmic reticulum (rER) which impied the degree of cell differentiation. Conclusion PA can raise the differentiation degree of C6cell at the subcellular level and decrease the malignant degree.
