社会科学和人文科学中的术语标准——以克罗地亚人类学术语工作为例

摘　　要：21世纪第二个十年,为适应现代社会的需要,克罗地亚政府启动了"克罗地亚科学术语项目",旨在将多学科的克罗地亚语术语系统化,并创建了克罗地亚语国家术语库,其基本构建原理是依照基于传统术语学理论的国际术语工作原则(ISO/TC 37)制定的。克罗地亚人类学研究院的几位学者,参与了术语库人类学部分的建造。在人类学术语规范化工作的具体实践中,学者们发现:以传统术语学为基础的术语工作原则,与人文社会科学学科特色有不相容的一面,他们将国际术语基本工作原则与法国学者福柯有关话语的论断相结合,创造性地完成了克罗地亚人类学术语的规范化工作。In early 2010 s,Croatian government launched the＂Croatian Scientific Terminology＂project in order to realize the dream of standardizing or systematizing Croatian terminologies in different scientific disciplines. The marvellous fruit is the successful building of its national Termbank（ STRUNA） based on the traditional terminology principles. However,some scholars from the Institute for Anthropological Research of Croatia found out some realistic facts clashing with the general ISO terminology standardization principles resting on the traditional Terminology. With the reference of Michel Foucault＇s ideas about the discourse,as well as with the respect for the specific characteristics of the Anthropology（ even of all fields in Social Sciences and Humanities）,these scholars successfully finished their tasks for systematizing the Croatian anthropology terminologies. On the basis of their practical experiences of this work,they provide very valuable suggestions for the terminological work in Social Sciences and Humanities worldwide.
