小脑后下动脉瘤应用颅内动脉瘤夹闭术治疗的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的对小脑后下动脉瘤应用颅内动脉瘤夹闭术治疗的疗效进行观察探究。方法选取2012年8月-2015年8月收治并已确诊的小脑后下动脉瘤患者42例,对所有患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,所选患者均实施颅内动脉瘤夹闭术治疗。分析探讨治疗的效果。结果 (1)经3-12个月的随访后,所有患者均得到了良好的恢复,未出现神经功能损伤的情况;(2)患者GOS预后评分接近5分;(3)所选患者术后经DSA或者CTA检查均无残留或者复发情况。(4)治疗后患者生活质量得到了显著改善,P<0.05,有可比性。结论颅内动脉瘤夹闭术治疗小脑后下动脉瘤的临床效果可观,可靠安全,建议在临床治疗中大力推广。Objective To study the effect of Clipping treatment of intracranial aneurysms in the posterior inferior cerebellar artery aneurysm. Methods From August 2012 to August 15,2012,42 patients with posterior inferior cerebellar artery aneurysms were treated in our hospital. the clinical data of all patients were analyzed retrospectively. The effect of treatment is analyzed. Results（1）after 3 to 12 months of follow-up,all patients got a good recovery,no neurological impairment occurred;（2）the prognosis score of in patients with was close to 5;（3）there was no residual or recurrence in the selected patients after DSA or CTA;（4）the quality of life was significantly improved,P〈0. 05,comparable. Conclusions The clinical effect of Clipping in the treatment of posterior inferior cerebellar artery aneurysms is considerable,reliable and safe,and is recommended for clinical treatment.
