S100B及P300对颞叶癫痫患者记忆的评价

摘　　要：目的探讨癫痫患者血清S100B浓度与学习记忆的关系。方法 (1)用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测63例癫痫患者及40例对照组的血清S100B浓度。(2)分组将63例癫痫患者依照临床记忆量表(CMS)分为优秀癫痫组15例;中等癫痫组20例;差等癫痫组28例;(3)认知功能评价CMS及失匹配负波(P300)评估记忆功能。结果血清S100B浓度优秀癫痫组、中等癫痫组、差等癫痫组、对照组100.43±4.44,132.46±11.9,186.33±37.14,140.08±34.55 pg/m L,差等癫痫组血清S100B浓度高于优秀癫痫组、中等癫痫组、对照组(P<0.05)。差等癫痫组P300潜伏期比优秀癫痫组、中等癫痫组、对照组延长(P<0.05)。P300波幅各组之间差异没有统计学意义。记忆商值优秀癫痫组、中等癫痫组、对照癫痫组及差等癫痫组的记忆商值依次减低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。优秀癫痫组、中等癫痫组及对照组血清S100B浓度、P300潜伏期差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。相关性分析显示差等癫痫组血清S100B浓度与相应的P300潜伏期呈正相关(r=0.616,P=0.006)。与相应的记忆商值呈负相关(r=-0.596,P=0.007)。结论血清S100B浓度有可能作为观察癫痫患者学习记忆是否受损的血液生化指标。Objective To discuss the relationship between serum S100 B concentration in patients with epilepsy and learning-memory. Methods（1）Serum S100 B concentration were measured using enzyme linked immunosorbent assay in 63 patients with idiopathic epilepsy,Normal healthy subjects（ n = 40） were used as control group;（2）63 idiopathic epilepsy patients were divided into superior score group（ n = 15）,moderate score group（ n = 21）,low score group（ n =38）,（3）recognition assessment clinical memory scale（ CMS） and mis-matchnegativity（ P300） to assess learning-memory. Results The serum S100βconcentration in superior score,moderate score,low score idiopathic epilepsy groups were 100. 43 ± 4. 44,132. 46 ± 11. 9,1 8 6. 33 ± 37. 14 pg/m L,respectively,It was 140. 08 ± 34. 55 pg/m L in the normal control group,and there were significant differences（ P〈0105） between low score idiopathic epilepsy groups and others. Memory quotient among three groups were significant differences（ P〈0105）. and period of P300 were significant differences（ P〈0105） between low score idiopathic epilepsy groups and others. The correlation analysis revealed that the serum S100βconcentration were positive correlated with the period of P300 and negatively correlated with memory quotient（ r = 0. 616,P〈0. 05;-0. 596,P〈0. 05） in the low score idiopathic epilepsy group,while the serum S100β concentration were not significantly correlated with the period of P300 and memory quotient in the in superior score,moderate score. Conclusions serum S100 B concertrtion may use as a biochemical indicator to reflect learning-memory in patients with idiopathic epilepsy.
