宫颈癌中AIB1蛋白的表达及其临床意义研究

摘　　要：目的对宫颈癌中AIB1蛋白的表达及其临床意义进行讨论研究。方法将延安大学附属医院收录的39例宫颈癌患者列为研究对象,另收集39例健康者进行对比;采用免疫组化法检验两组宫颈组织的AIB1蛋白状况,同时观察不同分化程度之间AIB1蛋白的状况。结果对照组阳性率为12.82%,研究组阳性率为25.64%;两组样本的阳性率差异不大,不具统计学意义(P>0.05);AIB1蛋白的表达方式与宫颈癌分化程度呈反比关系,三种分化程度宫颈癌中AIB1蛋白的表达方式存在显著差异,具统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在宫颈癌的发生和发展中,AIB1蛋白的表达存在重要意义。Objective To study the expression of AIB1 protein in cervical carcinoma and its clinical significance.Methods 39 cases of cervical cancer patients in our hospital included as a research object,another 39 cases of healthy controls were compared. The immunohistochemical method was used to test AIB1 protein in cervical tissue of two groups,and observe the differentiation between different AIB1 protein status. Results In the control group,the positive rate was 12. 82%,and in study group,the positive rate was 25. 64%; the positive rate between two groups is not statistically significant （P〈0. 05）. A inverse relationship between the expression of AIB1 protein and cervical cancer differentiation,there was significant difference expression of three AIB1 differentiation of cervical cancer with protein. Statistical significance （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The expression of AIB1 protein is important in the genesis and development of cervical cancer.
