摘　　要：目前,国内正在加快发展和兴建水电工程,在水电工程中运用PMC模式已经成为一种发展趋势。我国一些复杂的项目建设过程中也逐渐开始运用PMC模式。论文结合实际工程分析PMC模式在团队管理方面作用,以供参考。At present, China is developing to speed up the construction of hydropower project, using the PMC model in these engineerings has become a development trend. The PMC model is also used in some complicated project construction in China. This paper analyzes the role of PMC in team management combining with practical engineering.
