摘 要:目的:对眶部骨性结构三维测量,从而为眶缺损的种植体植入提供影像解剖学参考。方法:使用mimics 10.01软件对100例颌骨形态正常者(男女各50例)头颅螺旋CT三维重建影像中眶部骨组织进行测量。结果:在眶缘区,男女骨量差异无统计学意义。眶部6点~9点区域,除6点钟位骨量相对不足外,其他区域骨量均较充足;眶面与颊面所成夹角为钝角。眶部9点~12点区域,骨深度足够,而骨厚度相对不足;10点~12点区域眶面与颊面夹角均值均为锐角。结论:眶部6~9点区域,适宜植入6~7 mm的种植体,植入方向以垂直于骨面为宜。眶部9-12点区域,种植位置宜位于眶缘内侧,种植体方向应与眶面成锐角向斜后方植入。Objective: To provide anatomic image data for ossointegrated implant for patients with orbital defect.Methods: One hundred cases of( 50 males,50 females) 3D spiral CT images of normal bone of skull were measured with mimics 10. 01 software. Results: In the orbital region,except for the 6: 00 area,in the rest of 6: 00 ~ 9: 00 region of the orbit( right side),the depth and width of bone were sufficient. The angle of orbital rim of this area was obtuse angle. In the area of 9: 00 ~ 12: 00 region,bone depth was enough while bone width was not. The angle of the orbital rim in this area was acute.Conclusion: In the area of 6: 00 ~ 9: 00 region of the orbit( right side),the depth and width of bone are sufficient for 6 ~ 7mm implants,the direction of the implants should be perpendicular to the bone surface. In the area of 9: 00 ~ 12: 00 region,implant direction should be back forward instead of vertical to the surface in case that the implants come out of the facial surface.
