摘  要:目的:研究Spee曲线与颅颌面硬组织诸结构之间的相关性。方法:测量101例正畸患者的Spee曲线高度以及34项X线头影测量项目。以Spee曲线高度为因变量,34项测量项目、性别和年龄为自变量进行多元线性回归法分析。结果:总体检验结果表明本研究中的多元线性回归模型中的变量能解释91.58%Spee曲线的变化。L1/NB,U1/L1,L1/OP1,SL,SE和PG-NB均是影响Spee曲线的因素。结论:Spee曲线与颅面部硬组织的部分结构之间存在着相关关系。Objective: To investigate the relationship between the curve of Spee and craniofacial skeletal structure.Methods: Lateral cephalometric films and dental casts of 101 orthodontic patients were measured to obtain the values of Spee curve and 34 cephalometric variables. The date was analyzed by a multiple regression analysis. Results: The variables,included in the multiple regression model,could explain 91. 58% of the total variables of the Spee curve. The value of Spee curve was significantly related to the L1/NB,U1/L1,L1/OP1,SL,SE and PG-NB. Conclusion: Significant relationship was found between the curve of Spee and some craniofacial structures.
