Spee曲线与颅颌面硬组织相关因素的多元统计分析

摘　　要：目的:研究Spee曲线与颅颌面硬组织诸结构之间的相关性。方法:测量101例正畸患者的Spee曲线高度以及34项X线头影测量项目。以Spee曲线高度为因变量,34项测量项目、性别和年龄为自变量进行多元线性回归法分析。结果:总体检验结果表明本研究中的多元线性回归模型中的变量能解释91.58%Spee曲线的变化。L1/NB,U1/L1,L1/OP1,SL,SE和PG-NB均是影响Spee曲线的因素。结论:Spee曲线与颅面部硬组织的部分结构之间存在着相关关系。Objective： To investigate the relationship between the curve of Spee and craniofacial skeletal structure.Methods： Lateral cephalometric films and dental casts of 101 orthodontic patients were measured to obtain the values of Spee curve and 34 cephalometric variables. The date was analyzed by a multiple regression analysis. Results： The variables,included in the multiple regression model,could explain 91. 58% of the total variables of the Spee curve. The value of Spee curve was significantly related to the L1/NB,U1/L1,L1/OP1,SL,SE and PG-NB. Conclusion： Significant relationship was found between the curve of Spee and some craniofacial structures.
