摘　　要：目的:探究可吸收内固定材料用于不完全颧骨骨折的临床效果。方法:选取2013年1月~2016年12月我院收治的不完全颧骨骨折患者36例,根据实际需要或采用冠状切口或采用局部小切口,切开复位后用可吸收材料进行内固定,观察术后1周和术后6月的患者恢复情况。结果:术后1周及6个月骨折复位效果差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后6个月在客观伤口评分及患者对手术的满意度方面均高于术后1周,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:可吸收内固定物治疗不完全颧骨骨折,恢复颧骨颧弓外形良好。Objective： To explore the effect of absorbable internal fixation materials in treatment with incomplete zygomatic fracture. Methods： Thirty-six patients with incomplete zygomatic fractures were chose in our hospital between Jan2013 and Dec 2013. The fractures were fixed with absorbable materials after the actual need or coronary and local small incision. The patients were observed after 1 week and 6 months follow-up. Results： There was no significant difference between postoperative 1 week and 6 months of treatment（ P〈0. 05）. The score of postoperative 6 months was better than 1 week at satisfaction of surgical patients and evaluation of the wound（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Absorbable internal fixation materials for incomplete zygomatic fractures can be perfectly recover zygoma.
