地衣芽孢杆菌活菌胶囊联合四联疗法根除幽门螺杆菌的疗效观察

摘　　要：[目的]:探讨地衣芽孢杆菌活菌胶囊联合四联疗法根除幽门螺杆菌的疗效。[方法]选取我院于2015年12月~2016年9月收治的幽门螺旋杆菌阳性患者720作为本次研究对象,将720例患者随机分为实验组与对照组,每组360例,实验组采用地衣芽孢杆菌活菌胶囊联合四联疗法进行治疗,对照组患者则采用四联疗法进行治疗,对比2组患者治疗总有效率以及不良反应发生率。[结果]实验组患者治疗总有效率为96.67%(330/360),对照组患者的有效率为80.56%(290/360),实验组患者治疗总有效率更高,实验组患者的不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,2组数据差异明显,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。[结论]采用地衣芽孢杆菌活菌胶囊联合四联疗法根除幽门螺杆菌,能够有效的提高治疗总有效率,提高治疗效果,减少抗生素带来的不良反应,降低不良反应发生率,是一种安全有效的治疗方法,值得在临床过程中推广应用。[Objective]To investigate the efficacy of Bacillus Licheniformis Capsule combined with quadruple therapy in the eradication of Helicobacter pylori.[Methods]From December 2015 to September 2016,720 patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,360 cases in each group.The experimental group used Bacillus Licheniformis Capsule combined with quadruple therapy treatment,the control group was treated with quadruple therapy,the total efficiency and adverse reactions were compared between then.[Results]the total effective rate of the experimental group was 96.67%（330/360）,the control group was 80.56%（290/360）（P〈0.05）;adverse reaction in the experimental group was significantly lower than control group（P〈0.05）.[Conclusion]The combination of Bacillus Licheniformis Capsule and quadruple therapy can significantly improve the curative effect and reduce adverse reactions caused by antibiotics,it is worth promoting the application.
