高校体育专业学生参与社区体育志愿服务的问题研究

摘　　要：高校体育专业学生参与社区体育志愿服务,不仅使社区指导员供给相对不足的情况得到缓解,更重要的是可以促进高校体育专业学生的自身发展,从而为未来的职业生涯发展奠定实践和理论基础。运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法,分析了当前高校体育专业学生参与社区体育志愿服务的意义,指出高校体育专业学生参与社区体育志愿服务存在的问题,对高校与社区体育之间合作展开构想,旨在为社区体育志愿服务发展提供思路,促进社区体育志愿服务事业的可持续发展。The participation of college sports students in community sports volunteer service,not only reduces the relative shortage of community instructors,but also promotes the self-development of college physical education students,so as to lay a practical and theoretical foundation for their future career development. Using the methods of literature and logic analysis,this paper analyzes the significance of sports professional students participating in community sports volunteer service,points out the problems of community sports voluntary service,and proposes cooperation between colleges and community sports to provide ideas for the development of community sports voluntary service.
