中学学校体育教学中运动伤害事故调查及预防干预研究

摘　　要：中小学学校体育是学校实现其教育目的的重要手段,由于体育教学的特殊性(学生在学习中承受一定的运动负荷)和学生在此阶段的争强好胜性格,教学中运动伤害事故频发,在一定程度上影响了体育工作者正常的教学和中小学体育的健康发展。本研究选取保山市24所中学共1200名学生和96名长期从事中学体育教学的教师为研究对象,针对体育教学中运动伤害事故进行系统深入的调查,并对运动伤害事故发生原因进行了细致全面的分析,进行了两周的预防干预后,中学体育教学运动伤害事故发生率降低。Physical education is an important means to realize the purpose of school education in primary and secondary schools,because of the particularity of Physical Education（ student must bear some exercise load in the study） and students,feisty character at this stage,sports injury accidents occur frequently,which affects the normal physical education to a certain extent. This study selects 24 middle schools in Baoshan city,a total of 1200 students and 96 teachers engaged in sports teaching of middle school teachers as the research object; makes in-depth investigation for sports injury accidents in sports teaching,and analyzes the cause of the accidents in detail.After a two week intervention,sports injury accident rate decreases in middle school PE.
