影响高校轮滑课程开设的因素分析及对策研究

摘　　要：轮滑是高校大学生较为喜爱的一项运动,但是高校轮滑开课率远低于其它体育项目。导致这种现象产生的原因主要归结于以下四点:1、安全因素制约体育教师开设轮滑课程;2、师资匮乏成为掣肘因素之一;3轮滑器材的特殊性也阻碍了轮滑课程的设立;4、场地因素限制轮滑课程的开展。为更好的在高校推广轮滑运动,高校体育部门应该着重做好以下四点:1、建立合理的安全保障规程和教师免责制度;2、加大现有体育师资队伍的培训;3、建立合理的器材保障体系;4、开辟公共共享体育场地。Roller skating is a popular sport among college students. However there are very fewer roller skating courses compared with other sports. Four factors that cause this problem： 1. the safety factors restricted the universities to open skating lessons. 2. Teachers shortage becomes one of the constraints; 3. Equipment uniqueness also hinders the establishment of the courses; 4. Shortage of venues also restrains. For its better promotion,college department should concentrate on the followings： to establish reasonable security procedures and teachers discharge system; to enhance existing PE teachers training; to build a reasonable equipment support system; and to open up public sharing fields.
