摘　　要：在当前的企业财务预警指标体系中,模型与现实的失配问题比较突出,难以反映企业的真实运营情况,因此,本文针对财务预警指标体系的构建与研究,提出了一种基于遗传算法优化神经网络的财务预警系统,具有重要的现实意义。In the current enterprise financial early warning index system,the model and the reality of the mismatch problem is more prominent,it is difficult to reflect the true operation of the enterprise,therefore,according to the financial early warning index system construction and research,a financial early warning system of neural network was proposed based on a genetic algorithm,which is of great practical significance.
