摘 要:目的探讨血清25-羟维生素D[25-(OH)-D]缺乏与脑小血管病(cerebral small vessel disease,CSVD)的关系。方法选取2015-01—2016-04于我院神经内科住院治疗的脑小血管病患者150例为观察组,150例正常体检者为对照组,收集2组患者基线资料,测定血清25-(OH)-D水平、钙、磷及碱性磷酸酶水平。采用单因素Logistic回归和多因素Logistic回归进行数据分析。结果单因素Logistic回归分析显示,高血压OR=0.442,95%CI 0.278~0.703,P<0.001;糖尿病OR=0.342,95%CI 0.209~0.520,P<0.001;25(OH)D缺乏OR=0.231,95%CI 0.139~0.383,P=0.032。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,高血压OR=0.305,95%CI 0.266~0.531,P<0.001;糖尿病OR=0.291,95%CI 0.108~0.506,P<0.001;25(OH)D缺乏OR=0.225,95%CI 0.139~0.383,P=0.032。结论 25-(OH)-D缺乏可能为CSVD事件发生的危险因素之一。Objective To explore the relationship between serum 25-(OH)-D deficiency and cerebral small vessel disease(CSVD).Methods A total of 150 CSVD cases from January 2015 to April 2016 were observed as observation group and 150 cases who received normal physical examination were selected as control group.After collecting the baseline data,we measured the levels of serum 25-(OH)-D,calcium,phosphorus and alkaline phosphatase.All figures were analyzed by univariate and multi-factor Logistic regression.Results Univariate Logistic regression analysis revealed that hypertension(OR =0.442,95% CI:0.278to0.703,P<0.001),diabetes(OR=0.342,95% CI:0.209 to 0.520,P<0.001)and 25-(OH)-D deficiency(OR=0.231,95% CI:0.139 to 0.383,P=0.032)were significant different.Multivariate Logistic regression analysis revealed that hypertension(OR=0.305,95% CI:0.266 to 0.531,P <0.001),diabetes(OR =0.291,95% CI:0.108 to 0.506,P <0.001)and 25-(OH)-D deficiency(OR=0.225,95% CI:0.139 to 0.383,P=0.032)were closely correlated with CSVD.Conclusion The lack of 25-(OH)-D may be a risk factor for CSVD.
