摘  要:针对脉冲涡流热成像检测中激励参数选择难的问题,提出了一种激励参数优化选择方法。利用COMSOL4.4仿真软件建立金属铝材料裂纹缺陷检测的脉冲涡流热成像仿真模型,研究提离高度、激励频率、渗透深度、激励电流、加热时间等激励参数下裂纹缺陷的脉冲涡流热特性,分析不同激励参数脉冲涡流作用下的裂纹缺陷周边温度场分布与变化规律,给出相应的最优激励参数。实验结果表明,实验仿真结果与理论分析一致,可为检测系统设计提供参考。In order to solve the difficulty of incentive parameter selection of the pulsed eddy current thermal ima-ging detection,an optimal parameter selection method is proposed. A simulation model of pulsed eddy current ther-mal imaging for the metal aluminum crack defect detection is established by COMSOL4.4 simulation software,the thermal characteristics of pulsed eddy current crack defects under excitation parameters, such as study lift-off height,excitation frequency,penetration depth and exciting current,heating time,are studied,the temperature field distributions and its change law of the crack defects under different excitation parameters are analyzed, and its cor-responding optimal excitation parameters are given. Experimental results show that the experimental simulation re-sults are consistent with theoretical analysis,and can provide reference for detecting system design.
