摘 要:针对自抗扰控制器(ADRC)在锅炉汽包水位控制系统中整定参数较多且不易整定的不足,提出了单神经元自抗扰控制(SNADRC)技术方案。自抗扰控制器是一种新型的非线性控制器,对模型精度要求不高,且具有优良的鲁棒性能和较好的控制品质。单神经元具备良好的自学习、自整定能力,以及结构简单、算法收敛快、适应能力强的特性。该方案采用单神经元控制模块,改进了自抗扰控制器的非线状态误差反馈(NLSEF)模块,不仅降低了参数整定的数目,且具有较强的自我调节和自我学习的能力,实现了参数的在线自整定。对传统PID锅炉汽包水位控制系统与单神经元自抗扰锅炉汽包水位控制系统的控制性能进行了比较。仿真结果表明,单神经元自抗扰控制系统超调量更低,抗干扰能力更强。该控制器具有优良的应用前景。In the boiler drum water level control system,according to the deficiency of ADRC,such as too many tuning parameters and not easy to tune,a single neuron active disturbance rejection control (SNADRC) technique strategy is presented.The active disturbance rejection controller is a new kind of nonlinear controller,which does not requests high model accuracy,with good robustness and good control quality.The single neuron has good self-learning,self-tuning ability,and simple structure,fast convergence and strong adaptability.Therefore,the scheme adopts the single neuron control module to improve nonlinear state error feedback (NLSEF) module of active disturbance rejection controller,thus the number of parameters which needs to be tuned is reduced,and it has stronger ability of self regulating and self learning,and then the parameter online self-tuning can be realized.The control performance of the traditional PID boiler drum water level control system and the single neuron active disturbance rejection boiler drum water level control system are compared.The simulation results show that the SNADRC features lower overshoot,stronger anti-interference ability,which has good application prospect.
