奥美拉唑、铝碳酸镁联用治疗十二指肠球后溃疡疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:评价奥美拉唑与铝碳酸镁片联合方案在十二指肠球后溃疡治疗中的应用效果。方法:收治十二指肠球后溃疡患者87例。单用奥美拉唑治疗的患者为对照组,联用奥美拉唑与铝碳酸镁片治疗的为观察组,均接受为期28d的治疗,比较临床总有效率与溃疡愈合率。结果:治疗后,观察组总有效率93.2%,明显高于对照组的74.4%(P<0.05)。观察组溃疡愈合率81.8%,显著高于对照组的69.8%(P<0.05)。结论:十二指肠球后溃疡采用奥美拉唑+铝碳酸镁联合方案治疗效果确切,临床可将其作为十二指肠球后溃疡治疗的常用方法。Objective:To evaluate the curative effect of omeprazole combined with hydrotalcite in the treatment of postbulbar duodenal ulcer.Methods:87 patients with postbulbar duodenal ulcer were selected.Patients who were treated with omeprazole alone were treated as the control group,while patients used omeprazole combined with hydrotalcite treatment were selected as the observation group.They were all treated for 28 days,and the clinical efficiency and ulcer healing rate were compared.Results:After the effective treatment,the total effective of the observation group was 93.2%, significantly higher than 74.4% of the control group(P<0.05).The ulcer healing rate of the observation group was 81.8%,significantly higher than 69.8% in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Omeprazole combined with hydrotalcite is effective in the treatment of postbulbar duodenal ulcer.Clinically,it can be used as a common treatment for postbulbar duodenal ulcer.
