对麻醉科的药品实施药箱式管理的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨对麻醉科的药品实施药箱式管理的效果。方法该院自2015年3月开始在麻醉科对药品采取药箱式管理,回顾性分析2014年3月—2015年2月(实施药箱式管理前)与2015年3月—2016年2月(实施药箱式管理后)麻醉师从复苏室取药与还药的时间,以及每天的取药频率。结果在对麻醉科药品实施药箱式管理后,麻醉师从复苏室取药的时间为(3.1±0.7)min,还药时间为(2.2±0.3)min;明显短于实施药箱式管理前的(7.3±1.2)min与(6.2±1.3)min,且对比结果差异有统计学意义(t=17.886,P<0.05;t=17.737,P<0.05)。同时在取药频率上,也从实施药箱式管理前的5~7次/d,下降到了药箱式管理后的1次/d,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对麻醉科的药品采取药箱式管理方式,能够大幅度缩短取药与还药时间,降低取药频率,实践应用效果显著,可予以推广应用。Objective This paper tries to investigate the effect of drug box management on drugs in anesthesia department.Methods Since March 2015, this hospital has taken medicine management of drugs; were retrospectively analyzed in March2014 to February 2015（before the cabinet type management） and March 2015 to February 2016（after the cabinet type management） an anesthesiologist and also from the recovery room medicine medicine, as well as the frequency of this every day. Results After the implementation of drug box management for the anesthesia drugs, the anesthesiologist＇s taking medicine from the recovery room was（3.1±0.7）min, the returning time was（2.2±0.3）min, significantly shorter than that before the implementation of the drug box of（7.3±1.2）min and（6.2±1.3）min, and the results show a statistically significant difference（t=17.886,P〈0. 05;t=17.737, P〈0. 05）. At the same time, the daily frequency of taking medicine before the implementation of the medicine box was 5 to 7 times a day reduced to one time a day, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The application of drug box management of anesthesia drugs can greatly shorten the time to take and return the medicine, reduce the daily frequency of taking medicine, with obvious application effect, which can be used.
